The ŽIVOT 90 emergency telecare is there for the elderly who wish to live in their own home. If an emergency occurs, they press an SOS button, connect to the telecare service, and an operator immediately dispatches help or contacts the state rescue system. The service also includes a motion sensor that can detect inactivity in the home. Our control room operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our emergency telecare rescued Gabriela
Our client Gabriela (80) fell at home, unable to get up. Coincidentally, she was not wearing a bracelet with an SOS button at the time and could not summon help. Several hours later, the motion sensor failed to detect movement and triggered an alarm in our control room. We contacted Gabriela via the voice communication system and immediately dispatched help to her on time. After a short stay in the hospital, Gabriela is now well again.
Every night we make up to 7 similar rides to clients in need. 90% of cases are serious falls, injuries, or collapses. Our timely assistance often means saving a life. However, one such dispatch of help costs ŽIVOT 90 1,000 CZK (40 EUR).
