What is "Chalantika"?

Chalantika Education Center is located on the edge of so-called slum in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For 80 children from the slum, it is a safe place to go every day. Not only for Bengali, Math or English lessons, but also for nutritious lunch and health care. Do you want to know more about the center? Please, see our website.

During regular dental check-ups, doctors pointed out the need for other paid procedures, such as dental fillings. One such filling costs around 3,000 BDT (31 EUR) in Bangladesh, which is beyond the reach of slum families. In total, doctors calculated dental care for 80 children at CZK 75,000 (2467 EUR). We would like to make this treatment possible. Will you help us to create shining smiles?
