Nurses, doctors, caretakers and other workers in healthcare institutions - they all benefit from basics of mindfulness programmes. It calms you down and reduces stress, anxiety and tension, improves attention and concentration, builds mental resilience, emotional balance, cognitive flexibility and satisfaction.

Healthcare workers and other caretakers need self-care, too. Lack of time, emotional and mental overburdening and stress are inevitable part of their work. Mindfulness and yoga gently guides us how to avoid strss and prevent burn-out.


Since 2019, we helped and supported 1656 health-care workers.
