Pražský Maidan se aktivně věnuje principům diverzity a inkluze, vytváří bezpečné prostředí pro uprchlíky bez ohledu na jejich věk, zdravotní stav či sociální situaci. 

Ukrajinské centrum Nusle je místem, kde se lidé, kteří přišli o všechno, učí znovu stát na vlastních nohách. Tady dostávají doprovod, tlumočení, společnost, prostor, kde mohou sdílet své obavy i radosti, a pomalu se učí žít život, který už není jen přežíváním. A právě tím je toto místo výjimečné: pomoc zde není mechanická ani povrchní. Je hluboká, osobní, vtisknutá do každého dne.

Finanční pomoc podpoří projekty centra, zejména rodiny postižené válkou, děti hrdinů, jejichž rodiče zahynuli při obraně Ukrajiny a osoby se zdravotním postižením.

“Od začátku války na Ukrajině se osobně angažuji v pomoci lidem, kteří byli konfliktem postiženi. Pomáhám jak fyzicky, tak materiálně. Chci využít každou možnost, abych podpořila místo, kde lidskost opravdu mění svět.”

Prague Maidan has been active in the Czech Republic since 2014, focusing on humanitarian aid for people affected by the war in Ukraine. It operates the Ukrainian Center Nusle, where it offers support in housing, healthcare, employment, language courses, psychological assistance, and leisure activities for young people. Prague Maidan is deeply committed to the principles of diversity and inclusion, creating a safe environment for refugees regardless of age, health, or social situation. 

The Ukrainian Center Nusle is a place where people who have lost everything learn to stand on their own feet again. Here, they receive guidance, interpretation, companionship, and a space to share both worries and joys. Gradually, they learn to live a life that is more than just survival. This is what makes this place so special: the help provided here is not mechanical or superficial. It is deep, personal, and woven into everyday life.
