Those who help people shouldn’t have to fight with IT. Help us keep technical support available for them.
For 15 years, libraries, senior care homes, and organizations supporting vulnerable children have turned to us whenever something breaks or stops working. Through digivia’s free technical support, we help them with concrete issues such as Microsoft and Google licenses, Microsoft 365 setup, email access, broken accounts, login errors, and uncertainty about which software nonprofits can use for free or at a discount.

Every year, we support thousands of organizations. Thanks to our help, they can operate without spending evenings untangling licenses or paying thousands each month for external IT services.
Today, however, we are facing the question of whether we can continue providing this support at all.
Your donation helps ensure technical support remains available for organizations that cannot manage without it.
One-time donations help us bridge the transition period; recurring support is critical to keeping the service running long term.
In total, we need to raise 500,000 CZK (20,000 EUR).
- 400,000 CZK (16,000 EUR) will cover the annual cost of a half-time technical support position - the person who handles daily issues with licenses, access rights, broken tools, and security.
- 100,000 CZK (4,000 EUR) will go toward the essential operating costs of the service, including office rent, equipment, mobile service, accounting, and basic infrastructure.
This funding ensures that people in Czech nonprofit organizations will continue to have someone to call when technology stops working.
What we do at digivia
For over 15 years, we have helped nonprofit organizations use technology so they can focus their time and energy on their real mission—supporting children, caring for seniors, strengthening communities, and protecting animals and nature. In the Czech Republic, we uniquely combine deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector with the latest digital tools.
Each year, our technical support handles thousands of requests. Through this support, we have helped nearly 10,000 nonprofit organizations in the Czech Republic and saved them almost 1,2 billion CZK (48 million EUR). This is the support we are now working to preserve.
Why your support matters now
The digital landscape has changed faster in recent years than ever before. Cybersecurity, cloud services, automation, and now artificial intelligence have become part of organizations’ everyday work. Demand for our support is growing, and nonprofits need guidance more often than before.
At the same time, our role within the international TechSoup program is changing. In previous years, TechSoup funded our technical support. As a result, there is a real risk that we will have to significantly reduce, charge for, or even discontinue this support. And that is not what we want.
Without technical support, Czech nonprofits will be left to deal with everyday IT problems on their own.
