🗃 Polystyrene boxes are a great help for outdoor cats 🐈. A shelter in a covered place with some wood wool, where the cat can hide and warm up 🙏 - the picture from the thermal camera shows what an outdoor cat looks like, which used a polystyrene shelter to sleep.

⁉️ Did you know that the critical temperature for outdoor cats is -15° C? The first frost affects the ears 👂, tail and paws 🐾, which are the most susceptible, and the cold gradually spreads throughout the body 😿. At a temperature of -20° C, a hungry cat can die in less than an hour❗️ 🙁

Polystyrene houses with filling are a simple but extremely effective solution. They retain heat, are waterproof and homeless cats can survive the night and severe frosts in them. All you need is a shelter and some wood wool.
Thermal images from practice show what a huge difference such a shelter makes - heat loss is minimal and the cat stays warm.

Each house with accessories means a real chance for homeless cats to survive.
