Watsu® is a rehabilitation method performed in warm water at 34 ° C. Targeted movements relax muscles, joints and tendons, effectively relieving pain. Staying in warm water in conjunction with Watsu® also has a positive effect on the psyche.

Watsu® will be appreciated especially by families who have been caring for children with severe physical illness for a long time. Caring for such sick children tends to have a mental, physical, financial and social impact on families.

Providing Watsu® is very costly (especially renting and heating a pool with the required temperature). In general, hydrotherapy is little used in healthcare. It is not sufficiently supported by the health or social system, although its effect is demonstrable and powerful.

Minimum costs associated with the implementation:
a) individual hourly Watsu® session is 1,200 to 1,700 CZK (depending on the venue).
b) of the all-day workshop is CZK 24,000 to 30,000.
c) a regular one-hour workshop with a weekly repetition for a period of 3 months is 50,000 to CZK 55,000.

Your contribution will enable the implementation of the above projects that will help many families improve the quality of life and care for a sick child.

Thank you very much for helping us!
