The brutal war in Yemen has been going on for 10 years. Tens of thousands of civilians have lost their lives as a result of airstrikes and attacks. However, the indirect effects of the war are now reaching far greater proportions. 

 

The country's economy continues to collapse and the government has long failed to provide food for the country's population. Children are the most vulnerable to the crisis, with more than 2 millions now on the brink of critical malnutrition. 

 

The never-ending stress and the ever-present danger of death also fundamentally affects the psychological state of Yemen's population, including the little ones.
