Help us plant 85 trees in memory of Olga Havel over the Czech Republic.
This year, Olga Havel would celebrate her 85th birthday. The Olga Havel Foundation has decided to call this year the Olga Havel Year and series of events commemorating the legacy of the former First Lady will take place.
In 1993, Olga planted a Lime tree of Good Will in Olomouc - Topolany. From that small seedling, there is a large shaggy tree now that has firmly rooted in the ground. Following the first one, we want to plant other 85 trees all over the country to constantly remind all people of the legacy of Olga Havel - the personality who always defended the rights of vulnerable citizens.
Your donation will enable us:
to buy a tree of good will as agreed with the municipality or the city
to obtain a plaque identifying a tree of good will
Message for Olga Havel Year
You can add a message for Olga Havel Year while making your donation and specify the region where you wish to plant the tree. We'll put your name and the message on the plate that will be placed on the tree.
We want to put Olga's legacy into the hearts of people of good will and we believe that it will grow and flourish like Olga's trees!
